Instead of selling standard packages, we design holidays from scratch — careful listening, tailored itineraries, handpicked stays and experiences, plus Virtuoso benefits where available, all tied together in one clear plan.
Yes, we can handle flights, transfers, rail, accommodation, and key experiences. If you prefer to book your own flights, we simply plan the rest of the holiday around your confirmed travel times.
For most international trips, 4 to 6 months ahead works well. During school holidays, peak seasons, or for more complex itineraries, starting earlier gives a better choice of rooms, flights, and routes.
A professional planning fee may apply, depending on the complexity of your holiday. This is discussed upfront before any detailed work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
Travelling Spirit is based in Australia and primarily works with Australian travellers, including couples, families, solo guests, and small groups. If you’re based elsewhere, you’re welcome to enquire.
