Can you combine different travel styles in one trip?

Yes. A single journey can blend styles, such as culture and history with a beach stay, or adventure with a few quieter wellness-style days. Your itinerary is curated so the mix feels natural and flows well from place to place.

How are you different from a regular travel agency?

Instead of selling standard packages, we design holidays from scratch. That means careful listening, tailored itineraries, handpicked stays and experiences, plus Virtuoso benefits where available, all tied together in one clear plan.

Do you organise flights as well as the rest of the trip?

Yes, we can handle flights, transfers, rail, accommodation, and key experiences. If you prefer to book your own flights, we simply plan the rest of the holiday around your confirmed travel times.

When should I start planning my holiday?

For most international trips, 4 to 6 months ahead works well. During school holidays, peak seasons, or for more complex itineraries, starting earlier gives a better choice of rooms, flights, and routes.

Do you charge a planning or design fee?

A professional planning fee may apply, depending on the complexity of your holiday. This is discussed upfront before any detailed work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you only work with travellers in Australia?

Travelling Spirit is based in Australia and primarily works with Australian travellers, including couples, families, solo guests, and small groups. If you’re based elsewhere, you’re welcome to enquire, and we’ll confirm what support is possible.

Can you add a little wellness focus to a regular holiday?

Yes. Even if your trip isn’t a dedicated wellness escape, we can build in lighter wellness touches such as spa time, gentle activities, slower mornings, or calm nature days, so your holiday still feels restorative as well as interesting.
